Our refund commitment

Nexaview wants you to be confident in your subscription. That is why we built two safety nets — a free 24-hour trial before payment, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Together they mean almost every refund situation is solved before money even changes hands.

1. Free 24-hour trial — your first safety net

Every new customer is entitled to a free 24-hour trial of the full Nexaview service — full Xtream Codes credentials that plug into your preferred IPTV player (Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, IPTV Player, etc.). 92,000+ live channels, 200,000+ on-demand films and series, and the full 14-day EPG. Use the trial. Test the service on your actual player + device combination (Smarters Pro on FireStick, TiviMate on Android box, Smart IPTV on Samsung TV — whichever you use). Watch a full match in HD or 4K. Check that channel zaps are sub-second and that the EPG populates correctly inside your player. If picture quality, channel selection, EPG accuracy and support all meet your expectations, upgrade. Otherwise, walk away — you have lost nothing.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee — your second safety net

If you purchase an annual (12-month) plan and find Nexaview is not the service you expected, you may request a full refund within 30 days of activation. No quibble questions. Just send a WhatsApp message with the words "refund request" and your subscription identifier. We process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

The 30-day guarantee covers all subscription-related reasons: dissatisfaction with channel selection, picture quality, EPG accuracy in your player, support response times, or any aspect of the service. It does NOT cover situations where you accept the credentials and then fraudulently claim non-receipt — those are reviewed individually.

3. Refunds on monthly, quarterly and 6-month plans

Monthly and 3 / 6-month plans do not include the automatic 30-day money-back guarantee because the free 24-hour trial means you have already tested the exact Xtream Codes feed inside your exact player before paying. However, if you have an unresolved issue within the first 7 days of paying, we will review your case individually — most are solved by switching you to a different server line or upgrading your plan rather than refunding.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Open WhatsApp and message our support number — visible on the contact page.
  2. Include the words "refund request" plus the email or WhatsApp number you used at signup, and which player app you tested on.
  3. Our team will confirm receipt within 4 minutes during UK hours.
  4. For annual-plan refunds within 30 days, the refund is processed immediately.
  5. Refund returns to the original payment method — typically 5 business days for cards.

5. What is NOT refundable

Subscriptions older than 30 days from activation (except annual plans inside their 30-day window). Add-ons that have been actively used (e.g. multi-device upgrades where streams have been consumed). Subscriptions terminated by us for terms-of-service violations (Xtream credential sharing, commercial redistribution, attempts to bypass concurrent-stream limits). Free-trial credentials (nothing to refund).

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please WhatsApp us first — we resolve almost every dispute within minutes. Issuing a card chargeback before contacting us results in immediate account suspension, forfeit of any remaining subscription time, plus a permanent ban from the service. We have a near-zero chargeback rate because we always reach out first.
